FACILITIES

Marina Agana has all facilities you need to have a relaxing and pleasant vacation. By constant investments in facilities and staff education, we are trying to identify all your needs in order to resolve them as quickly as possible. In the beginning of 2009 lot of facilities (toilettes, bar, reception, etc) in marina Agana have been completely reconstructed and redecorated. We also plan to build firm concrete piers in the place of pontoons A and D, total length of 200 m accompanied with new infrastructure.

ECOLOGY

Since building up marina Agana has influenced the entire area of Marina bay very much, we care for ecology and environmental protection with special attention. Numerous underwater springs create natural sea circulation in the entire Marina bay. Breakwater has been constructed in a way that it does not interfere with natural sea circulation. It is connected to the land by bridge that carries a garbage trap. In case of ecological accident (such as fuel spilling) marina has floating barrier to prevent pollution expansion as well as adsorbents. The entire marina area is planted with Mediterranean plants such as rosemary, palm trees, lavender etc. Please join us in our efforts to keep marina tidy and clean for the pleasure of all users.

APPROACH

Marina bay stretches form line that connects cape Jelinak and cape Vranjic on the east and Marina town on the far west end. It is recommendable to reduce speed once you pass lighthouse Celica in respect to nearby hatchery. Once you pass cape Pasji rat (red coast light) you are obliged to reduce speed to 5 knots while within marina (passing green coast light) speed limit is 2 knots.
