There is very little variation in what you would find on board a boat available for charter in Croatia. All the boats have the basic equipment and some optional equipment that can then be added to it.
All boats available for charter in Croatia will include a furling genoa, wheel steering, electric windlass, dinghy, deck shower,fenders, lifejackets, harnesses, flares, fire extinguishers, GPS, VHF, charts and pilot books, fridge, cooker, hot water, cutlery, crockery, glasses, pans and a CD player.
The main choices are:
Furling or lazy jacked main sail – most boats have one or the another.
Bow Thruster – available on all newer boats from 40+ feets in lenght
Sprayhood – included on some boats
Electric winches – sometimes on larger boats
Ipod input – available on many newer boats
Cockpit speakers – available on some boats
DVD player – available only on few boats
Microwave – rare available
TV –rare available
Dishwasher – very rare available
Generator – vey rare available
Air conditioning – rare available
The optional extra you will most often find are:
Outboard – you will always get a dinghy and some oars, but you sometimes have to pay extra for an outboard.
Towels – sometimes included, sometimes optional extras, sometimes simply not offered
Comfort/welcome packs – contents vary but these may include final cleaning, linen and/or towels.
